The CMA2040C-GH-A is upgraded from CMA2040C fiber laser cutting machine. It performs large format, fully automatic loading and unloading procedures while providing full protection. The high rigidity, heavy duty machine is designed to cut stably at high speed and with high power. It also provides a high level of positioning accuracy. Functional Features
1. The high rigidity, heavy duty industrial laser machine minimizes the risk of oscillation generated from high-speed cutting.
2. The gantry type double drive system operates with wear-resistant German rack and pinion. It removes the need for screw drive and has overcome the oscillation problem resulting from high speed, long-haul operation. It helps to realize high speed and precision transmission and thereby improve production efficiency.
3. The high-performance case aluminum cross member has been optimized and undergone finite element analysis to achieve the ultimate in dynamic performance. It features the lowest weight, best structural rigidity, highest running speed and greatly improved dynamic response, thus making it especially suited for high speed and precision laser cutting as well as high-acceleration arc cutting.
4. The fully-enclosed laser cut control system is provided with auto focus, high-speed punching and automatic edge tracking function.
